This Homepage is the first step to get in directly contact with a german provider of nursing homes. With the target to work in Germany as a nurse and/or to make carreer as a quality manager in the sector of Healthcare at one of our places in Germany, here ist the right place for you to find all the informations you need to get into action.

We will operate in the next 5 years at 12 different locations in Germany, especially in south saxonia (Stelle (near Hamburg), Uelzen, Bad Bevensen, Georgsmarienhütte) and North Rhine Westfalia (Bünde, Porta Westfalica, Rietberg etc.), and for this we search nurses (male or female) with  good training and education for this responsible profession. We build our nursing homes for our customers and indirectly we offer through our new buildings  a nice place to work. In Germany, there is a high request of nurses, and our main Company, WH Care Holding GmbH with all other daughter-companies, are building alliances with differnt schools of nurses in different countries. We train and pass our knowledge on the young people in our nursing homes, to be their best versions of themselves and we see us as a companion for people with the passion for this great job. Lots of companies search nurses from different countries, because at this time there is a gap between the demand and the offer of nurses referring to the requirements that are needed. There are lots of small actions that have been done during a day to generate a nice life for our customers in our communities. A day has to be structured good and nurses have to focus on the main points to act in accordance to what the insurance groups pay.

Lots of times we could describe the doings in a mixture of empathy and sensitivity between employes and customers, perhaps also in the right pinch of distance between customer and nurse. We are very proud to say that in every nursing home we organize big events and give our clients different tasks with a sense to fulfill their life with their own interests.
