There are many differences between a german nurse and a assistant medicale. First difference refers to the view of a nurse and the methods to care about people. It begins in how to turn an older person in his bed. In germany the nurse in a nursing or residencial home has a special education to take care about people within the golden age. Especially the documentation and other processes will be new for you. Moreover we dont look in first place to set a injection without a clear instruction from the doctor that makes constantly visits in our nursing homes. Making our experience with romanian nurses, we noticed that at the beginning a nurse really doesn´t what to make because the structure of a nursing home is quite different to a hospital. Our customers dont come and go…they stay mostly until they die. Of course there are also exceptions, so we could see an older woman who really recovered from the state of bedfast to the state of “I will rent a new apartment because i have some tasks to do in my life” searching a new home. Because of lots of differences it will be important that you are open minded for new methods and perspectives. We do all for our customers and we also take actions if this actions are healthy and bring our customers hope, fun, laugh and so on.
