Our nursing homes are modern and offer mostly single bed rooms. We dont accept nursing homes with a higher quote of double bed rooms as 20{60b7f6a1cb3f6fd30c46bb101e273bca6c5e82f68baa2e88f046dcaab60e92be} of all beds because of an ethical reflection of our values. This means that we construct mostly nursing homes with 100{60b7f6a1cb3f6fd30c46bb101e273bca6c5e82f68baa2e88f046dcaab60e92be} single apartments. In all our nursing homes we integrate home style kitchens with professional cooks to provide best food for a healthy life. We offer at least 2 menues and a diet food. We have in every nursing home a facility team for cleaning, washing clothes and facility mangement for the building. Modern furniture, nice parks to walk or a fitness studio for cardio training are some elements of our buildings to avoid a caracter of a hospital. Our nursing homes are not comparable with a hospital and in our nursing homes we want that all customers feel like to arrive home. “Welcome home with Light, Love and Life”.

A modern nursing home begins with a modern architecture, warm colors, big surface low windows for lightful rooms and threefold glasses to minimize the consumption of energy or raw materials. Mostly our nursing homes are surrounded with other buildings for assisted living (apartment with rent contract and a minimal service contract) to offer older people without needs just a nice apartment with a main or minimal service supply. Minimal service supply means that we organize all main informations of a town for older people, we help in finding the right doctor or we just accompany older people when they want to go shopping. Futhermore we offer a great cooking for all residents that live in our assisted living apartment to avoid frustrating or painful cooking sessions for people with limitations.

Every nursing home is following standards tending to a high quality, althought every nursing home has its individual characteristics. We dont adjust every gearwheel, we dont condescent our nursing homes to the view of our headquarter. Our headquarter and managers see themselves as coaches to accompany our managers of every nursing home and the hole team. Every nursing home as the locations differ on several points, what makes every object unique. Our teams work together and see themselves as one family that contributes as entity with the purpose to help older lifes, to prolong lifes and to serve people in need, focusing on elements for a helthy life.

With our cluster strategy we built nursing homes within a range of approximately 25 minutes, so that our teams are able to use synergy effects in sharing seminars or other events.
