The first steps:

a) Time plan with the date of your final examen 

By the way: You finished your examen with a great note? You know already that you want to make career in germany in the segment of quality? or another segment (management?) We help you to reach your targets. We need an evidance of the original certificates that you please translate and verify (certificate acreditate) into german. If you have not the possibility to verify the certificate, it would be enough that your school send us the certificate or the confirmation of the certificate. We just need a proof that your certificate is not a copy and that you own the original certificate. Please understand that for us this is very relevant, because in germany the public authorities proof the correctness of the certificate.

b) Location – You know already that you want to come to germany and you prefer a location? 

For May we search four nurses for the town Osloss (5 minutes from wolfsburg city – main city of Volkswagen!) Great city especially for young people with or without kids.

c) You already speak german or you want to learn as fast as possible german? How you can lern german?

We have a special partner for online learning! The online courses are really good and allow you to lern 24 hours german! How much it cost? It depend on how many lessons you want to make, but approximately 250 Euro per month. We support you if we have the garanty that you want to begin to work for our company.

d) How you come to germany? To come to germany is not as difficult. You can fly to dortmund (wizzair) or you can come with a bus. We have also the opportunity (when skype session is made, contract is done and so on) to pick you up from a town in romania (bukarest) if we have time to organize it. Futhermore we would send you a list with the most important things to do, when you leave your country.

e) !! What we really need in germany and before you come to germany !!: We need a certificate of health including a checking for hepatitis A & B, HIV. Furthermore we need a certificate of good conduct: This means a certificate from the police with the confirmation that you are not a criminal or searched by the police.

f) Do I have to make a skype interview? A short skype interview with our CEO or Quality Manager who has to confirm that you suit to our company and our values. This interview is not comlicated. You have the right to bring also your parents or friends if you feel more safe with this. Its not about the looking, although we expect a friendly appearance. In this interview we want to be sure that you are fulfilled being a nurse. Please understand that we really invest in you and that we just search nurses that want to change their lifes and to stay in germany. We know that we just can convince our employees in living our values. Be sure that we really take action and make everything possible in order to make you happy in this job. Please understand that we cant guarantee a life in germany if the work with older people stresses you in a negative way. Of course we know what to do, but in total we really see us as a company that helps you to grow with the tendancy to stay healthy and happy.
